My favourite genres are definitely psychological thrillers/drama though I do love pretty much everything Tarantino too. I also have a thing for French films…..they just have this different quality to Hollywood-esque movies; they are truly masters of the art.

Chris Nolan, Quentin Tarantino, Danny Boyle, the Coen Brothers, Tim Burton, David Fincher, JJ Abrams, Terry Gilliam and Spike Jonze are my idols, and acting wise, I really dig Penelope Cruz, Brad Pitt(such an underrated comedic actor!), Frances McDormand, Evan Rachel Wood, Natalie Portman, Rachel Weisz, John Malkovich, Johnny Depp, Steve Buscemi, Christopher Walken and Daniel Day Lewis.

I really think there needs to be more fantasy movies made, and less 3D gimmicky remakes! Sequel galore seems to be dominating the upcoming movie releases so expect to hear me whining about Shrek 5, Indiana Jones 5, Big Momma’s House 3, Ghost Rider 2, Watchmen 2, Avatar 2 and Night at the Museum 3 in the coming months.

I also think Disney needs to revert to doing classic Disney renaissance films such as The Lion King, and more kids films with less airy fairy fluff plots about puppies kittens and ponies *barf*

But what do my opinions count for anything right?
